Meet Terri

Terri Finkelstein has years of baking, cooking and catering experience, and has always dreamed of owning a bakery.  After taste testing many treats during the COVID pandemic, some close friends encouraged her to go out on her own and turn her hobby into a business. After hours of deliberation, Ocean State Sweets was born. Terri is constantly experimenting with new flavor combinations, and always searching for challenging recipes. The best reward is hearing that her creations are being enjoyed!
